Course Description:
Arthritis Training Program program is designed for fitness professionals and healthcare practitioners interested in working with clients with arthritis or other rheumatic conditions. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of arthritis, its impact on mobility and function, and evidence-based strategies for designing safe and effective exercise programs to manage symptoms and improve quality of life.
