Course Description
Cardiac Training Program program is designed for fitness professionals and healthcare practitioners interested in working with clients with cardiovascular conditions or those seeking to improve heart health. Participants will learn about the physiology of the cardiovascular system, exercise considerations for individuals with heart conditions, and evidence-based strategies for designing safe and effective exercise programs to improve cardiovascular health.
