    Instructor Commission Policy

    Parho.co instructor commission objective is to establish a structured framework for compensating instructors and trainers.

    Trust and Credibility

    One of the main reasons of instructor profile policy is to enhanced trust and credibility. Having a face picture on an instructor's profile increases transparency and authenticity. It allows learners to see who will be teaching them, which builds trust and credibility in the instructor and the platform. When learners can put a face to the name, they feel more comfortable and confident in their choice of instructor. If you wear a veil/hijab, please wear it and post picture with veil/hijab.

    Improved User Experience

    Completing profiles promptly ensures that instructors provide comprehensive information about their expertise, background, and teaching style. This helps learners make informed decisions when selecting an instructor. A well-rounded profile with a face picture also enhances the overall user experience by making it easier for learners to connect with instructors who meet their specific needs and preferences.

    Integrity and Compliance

    Enforcing a policy on profile completion maintains the integrity of the platform's standards. It demonstrates a commitment to quality control and professionalism. By removing instructors who do not comply with the profile requirements, the platform ensures that all listed instructors meet the same expectations, fostering a consistent and reliable learning environment for all users.

    Parho.co Instructor Commission Policy

    Commission Structure

    • Parho.co Instructor Base Commission Rate: 95% commission is paid to instructors and trainers after deducting 15% tax as per Sindh Revenue Board (SRB). Parho.co will keep 5% only.
    • Bonus Commission: 100% commission is paid to instructors and trainers on selected holidays and will be paid after deducting 15% tax as per Sindh Revenue Board (SRB). Any person signed up on these days, instructors/trainers will receive 100% commission after paying 15% SRB tax. The proof of tax payment will be available.
      • Both Eids – Muslim Holidays
      • 14th August – Pakistan Independence Day
      • Christmas – Christian Holiday
      • Holi – Hindu Holiday

    Payment Terms of Parho.co Instructor Commission 

    • Payment Frequency: Payment is made weekly.
    • Minimum Payout Threshold: PKR Rs. 0.00
    • Payment Methods: Bank Transfer Only
    • Payment Notification: As soon the payment is received; we will notify the instructors.
    • We will need clear copy of CNIC at the first time of payment.

    Reporting and Analytics

    • Access to Reports: Parho.co Learning Management System will notify instructors about number of students enrolled.
    • We will also send reports end of month only.

    Instructor Support and Training

    • Support Channels: Email anytime at parho@parho.co
    • Training Resources: Email anytime at parho@parho.co

    Modifications and Updates

    • Policy Updates: Reserve the right to update the commission policy as needed and communicate changes to affiliates in a timely manner.
    • Notification: Instructors will be notified of policy updates and their effective dates via email.

    Dispute Resolution

    • Dispute Process: Any disputes will be resolved through 3rd Party based in Karachi, Pakistan.

    Termination of Agreement

    • Termination Clause: Cancel term any time.

    Legal Compliance

    • Compliance: All the governing laws will be abide by for the jurisdiction in Karachi, Pakistan.

    Example Scenario

    • Base Commission Rate: 95% of course sale.
    • Bonus Commission: 100% for sales during promotional periods as described above.
    • Payment Terms: Monthly payouts via PayPal, minimum payout threshold of $100.
