Course Description
Tajweed Quran course focuses on teaching students how to recite the Quran with proper Tajweed. Learners will master pronunciation, articulation points (Makharij), and rules of recitation to ensure accurate and beautiful reading of the Holy Quran.
Learning Objectives of Tajweed Quran
- Understand the importance of Tajweed in Quran recitation.
- Identify and apply Tajweed rules correctly.
- Recite Quran fluently and with correct pronunciation.
- Avoid common mistakes in recitation.
Course Content
- Introduction to Tajweed and its significance
- Makharij (points of articulation of letters)
- Rules of Noon Sakinah, Tanween, and Meem Sakinah
- Madd (elongation) rules
- Practice of Surahs with correct Tajweed
Assessment and Grading
- Recitation practice: 50%
- Oral exercises: 30%
- Final recitation assessment: 20%
