1. Introduction
Welcome to Parho.co term conditions. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Platform and the services provided by it. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. Parho.co is a division of Intelisales.
2. Use of the Platform
2.1 Eligibility: By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental consent to use the Platform if you are under 18.
2.2 Account Registration: To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
2.3 User Content: You are solely responsible for any content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and other materials, that you upload, post, or otherwise make available on the Platform (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Parho.co a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicenseable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform such User Content in connection with the Platform.
3. Transactions
3.1 Buying and Selling: The Platform allows users to buy and sell educational materials, courses, and services. Parho.co is not a party to any transaction between users and does not control the quality, safety, or legality of the items or services advertised, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items, or the ability of buyers to pay for items.
3.2 Payments: Payments for items or services purchased through the Platform may be processed by third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the applicable payment processor.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership: The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Parho.co and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
4.2 Trademarks: All trademarks, service marks, and logos appearing on the Platform are the property of their respective owners.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Parho.co, its affiliates, directors, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parho.co, its affiliates, vendors, directors, employees, and licensors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Platform; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms
Parho.co reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, Parho.co will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Parho.co’s sole discretion.
