All purchases of Student Support Hours are final. Once the hours have been booked and the session scheduled, no refunds or returns will be granted. We encourage you to confirm your schedule and needs before making a purchase.

- Cancellation: If you need to cancel a booked Student Support Hour session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.

Creating Course Outlines – Strictly No Refunds & No Returns
We offer AI-generated course outlines. These are general outlines so that no one copies your original course outlines.
Due to the customized nature of our course outline creation services, all sales are final. Once the course outline is delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded. Please ensure you provide accurate details and specifications to receive the most suitable course outline.
- Revisions: We offer one round of revisions for course outlines if they do not meet your initial specifications. Please provide detailed feedback within 3-business days of receiving the outline.
- Refunds: Due to the customized nature of course outlines, refunds are not available once the outline has been delivered. If you have concerns or require adjustments, please contact us within 3-business days to discuss possible solutions.

Refund Policy for Purchased Courses from Parho.co
There may be a partial refund if the courses hase been purchased through Parho.co website. Majority of our courses are offline unless specified online in the courses description. The main purpose of Parho.co educational marketplace is to market courses for instructors. If the instructors have uploaded the complete lessons online then it will be easier for refunds and returns. However, if instructor has not uploaded any lessons; then it is usually an offline course. It is up to the instructor for refunds. However, you as a learner/student need to notify us the issues. Please email all issues and complaints at parho@parho.co.
1. Course Purchases
Refunds
- Eligibility: Refunds are available only within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must not have completed more than 20% of the course content.
- Request Process: To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase, providing your order details and reason for the refund request. Refund requests submitted after 7 days from the purchase date will not be processed.
- Refund Processing: Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that any transaction fees or costs associated with the original purchase may be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds are not available for courses purchased through special promotions, discounts, or third-party platforms.
- Refunds will not be issued for any courses where more than 20% of the content has been accessed or completed.
- Refunds will not be issued until the learner/student goes in mediation with instructor and Parho.co Team either online or offline.

Refunds will not be issued for technical problems unless they cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe. It is your responsibility to open a trouble ticket.
