Course Description
360 Stretch & Mobility: Enhancing Flexibility and Movement course is designed to provide fitness professionals and enthusiasts with comprehensive training in stretch and mobility techniques. Participants will learn a variety of stretching methods, mobility exercises, and corrective strategies to improve flexibility, joint mobility, and movement quality for enhanced performance and injury prevention.
Learning Objectives
