Course Description
Components of Health Fitness course provides an in-depth exploration of the key components of health-related fitness and their impact on overall wellness. Participants will learn about the five components of health-related fitness, including cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition, and explore strategies for improving each component to promote optimal health and well-being.
