Course Description
Components of Physical Fitness course provides a comprehensive overview of the key components of physical fitness and how they contribute to overall health and wellness. Participants will learn about the various components of fitness, including cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition, and explore strategies for improving each component through exercise and lifestyle modifications.
