Course Description
LEVEL 1 Fitness Instructor Certification course is designed to equip individuals with the foundational knowledge and skills necessary to become certified fitness instructors. Participants will learn essential principles of exercise science, program design, and instructional techniques to effectively lead fitness classes and assist clients in achieving their fitness goals.
Learning Objectives
